Dust Collector
HAT Series
Adsorption tower dust collector
Physically and chemically absorbs and removes odor from spray painting, volatile organic compounds, printing solvents, and high concentration organic compounds.
Control Panel
- Digital differential pressure method is used to determine exactly when the filter needs to be replaced
- User can freely control external equipment, remote operation, and dust collector operation time, has an alarm system
Turbo Fan
- High performance, high volume fan running quietly and efficiently by minimizing air resistance
system
- Method of removing pollutants by passing them through the dust collector using activated carbon
- Easy replacement as there is an activated carbon inlet and outlet on the front side
- In the case of waste gas containing moisture, oil, or sticky substances, a pre-filter is added to extend the life of activated carbon

What Is Activated Carbon?
- It is an aggregate of well-developed amorphous carbon made from carbonaceous materials such as palm kernels, woods, lignite, anthracite, bituminous coal, etc. through the activation process. It is an absorbent that has a large internal surface area and the absorption capacity of activated carbon depends on the surface area: A gram of this porous material has a surface area of 1,000 to 1,700 m2. Activated carbon is used to purify the air due to its excellent ability to absorb odor and gases in its internal cross-section.
