Scrubber Dust Collector
For wood plants, feed plants, pharmaceutical plants, injection molding plants, food processing plants, milling plants and other manufacturing plants that generate particle matters
Feature
- Dust, including fine dust, is absorbed by the inlet and collected in the filter bag and clean air is released
- The dust collected in filter bag is discharged through the rotary V/V under the hopper through intermittent air pulses
- Easy to replace, repair, and inspect filter bag
- Continuous operation possible by suppressing abrasion and re-scattering of the filter cloth
- Applicable when the speed of pressure loss is slow and the dust is highly concentrated
- Various filter cloth materials can be applied according to the dust characteristics
