HDC Series

HDC7 is a customizable dust collection controller compatible with all dust collectors

A robust and stable digital measurement control system replacing the analog manometer of a dust collection system with digitally measure solenoid valve timer and display differential pressure
Accurately detect filter replace timing, track and display accumulated operation hours by digitally display the differential pressure before and after the filter and allow manual valve control if necessary

Switch the solenoid valve timer on and off according to the status of the filter
Switch the equipment on and off using a separate switch connected to it
Set current differential pressure (PV), low differential pressure (LV), and high differential pressure (HV)
Automatic exhaustion upon power off
The ZERO SETTING feature minimizing the change in pressure due to temperature and humidity
BASIC STANDARD SETTING can be used to configure the default settings
Buzzer alarm for abnormal conditions (excessive current, differential pressure, or temperature)
Track accumulated operation hours
The double motor control feature
Output through contact upon fan operation or detection of excessive current, voltage, or temperature
Control on display with an inverter connected (voltage control of 0V-10V)
